INNOVATION SURPRISE – ALEXA
Alexa skills was one the the more innovative pieces of work we did. The voice of the customer does challenge us to innovate with new and fast emerging ways. We delivered an app of sorts which proposed to perform gymnastics with a quote engine. There are creative use cases for Alexa, the natural language processing AI was fun.
Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Cigna, Allianz, Farmers all have solutions in play leveraging Alexa skills.
Social tokens, Blockchain and Trust
Content has been hit hard. There has been a breach of trust. There are influencer networks spawning with Steemit type models, where the payment is tokenized. For B2B marketers the influencer pool which contributes to its earned media bucket has morphed into these pools.
We work with B2B to hit the reset and help reconnect.
