S. Ernest Paul

Ernest is the Managing Partner and the Chief Marketing Officer for the firm.  He steers the vision to best serve the firm clients, its partners and associates. He brings a disruptive capability set. He has brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a forever curious mind. He worked in Europe and Asia before launching Cluesystems Consulting in 2002. Soon after he launched an offshore subsidiary in Chennai, India.
 
His expertise has been in Brand transformation, Strategic Marketing, Technology, B2B and D2C.
He led brand and marketing initiatives at Northern Trust, AON, Hewitt & Towers Perrin. In 2008 he activated the Bank of America brand during the Merill Lynch merger. In 2008-2009 he led Digital, SEO and technology driven initiatives at QVC. He worked on product strategy with the likes of Joan Rivers and Kim Kardashian, Isaac Mizrahi.
 
In 2010 and the Affordable Care Act signed in to law, he joined Cigna to activate D2C, B2B marketing which the ACA brought in its wake. He led the brand activation of Cigna.com, built a best in class digital marketing team. He brought Cloud to Cigna, a first. He selected, implemented and rolled out the Marketing technology stack. In 2014 he shifted gears to mobile and social media. He was the liaison and the digital & social SME between the US and 13 other countries across Asia and Europe.
He served on the Cigna social media innovation board while at Cigna and as a brand ambassador.
 
During 2015-2017, he led the MVP of an ETF led Wealth management platform. Some of the original team members are partners in Beyondiris.
Ernest also develops executable marketing and digital maturity roadmaps. He also prepares marketing plans, actionable playbooks for National Law firms and Real estate clients. He also does white label consulting for the Big-5.
 
He works from NYC & the Hartford burbs. His client interactions include strategic marketing, digital strategy, content and, communications strategy. His hidden talent is staying on top of the latest in marketing technology. He consults in Healthcare, Health systems, Insurance, Pharma, Healthtech, Insurtech and Fintech verticals.
Ernest is currently working on a lifecycle financial platform for Generation Y and Z.
Some notable features and guardrails include built-in trust, financial security, behavior modification & nano-learning.

Peter Farrell

As an Int’l Advertising and Brand Marketing professional, Peter has been called upon to share his understanding of marketing and consumer insights to help solve difficult brand and advertising challenges for some of the globe’s most recognizable brands: UPS, R.J. Reynolds, Colgate-Palmolive, The Bank of New York, Lehman Brothers, Convergys, Unilever, AT&T, Waterman, Parker, Gillette, QVC and TE Connectivity.

Peter has experience in advertising, digital and social marketing, TV and multichannel commerce,  branded entertainment, sonic branding and strategic partnerships.

Randall Krongard

Randall Krongard is an award-winning film and video executive producer. He is well versed in all phases of production from start to finish and has created content for among others: NVIDIA, Lockheed Martin, Stanford University Hospital, Dell Computers, and Sikorsky Helicopters.

Randall is an expert storyteller with a background in journalism,  highly skilled in getting to the heart of any story then connecting that emotional core to audiences.

Randall has also written and directed several narrative short and feature films which have shown in film festivals around the world and been distributed on major online platforms. He has two children and enjoys CrossFit, teaching Martial Arts for the Police Athletic League, and anything Shakespeare.

Shaun Scott

Shaun is an expert in applying robotic process automation (RPA), Machine learning, AI, Alexa skills and Elastic search.

He is a technology power-house with consulting with hands-on prowess at Fortune 500 companies and the US government with all things emerging technologies.

He is also a full-stack developer and leads Architecture planning, development and execution at BeyondIris.

His startup contribution at Beyondiris dates back to 2014, when he collaborated with S. Ernest Paul on a Fintech Wealth management platform for millennials.

Anjali Rastogi

Anjali is a senior associate at Beyondiris. She is the heart of the Digital Innovation program practice, internal and external. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing. She knows how to connect the dots within the Digital Marketing lifecycle.
 
It is content where her wizardry shines through with precision strategic planning. She is an expert at audience research and layering content with design thinking methods to go with visuals.
 
The right dose of content during the customer journey at key customer touch points and intersections is the mantra.
 
While most think of content as copy, she visualizes content from the customer’s point of view, the attention span. For her, content begins with the taxonomy schema.
 
As Anajli describes it –
“Content marketing taxonomy is a scheme of classification made up of titling, folder organizing, tagging, and any other way of organizing content that aides in your content marketing’s ‘findability’, content marketing strategy, and content marketing distribution.”
 
She does sprinkle SEO love within the taxonomy
 
She is also an expert at curation and the tools and platforms which go with it, ‘Percolate’.
 
She a not a one woman band and does not ride side saddle. She is an expert at crafting the right creative in harmony with the visual style guide. She applies the same precision with the copy deck and the voice and tone style guide. She shepherds the development of the voice and tone style guide for brands, an integral part of brand governance.
 
She wears many hats. She prefers beanies though which is perfect for the round table where we all sit together as a team. She is well informed and keep the team apprised of the latest and greatest in tech trends, digital, content, tools and creative. She sits at the Hub of the Innovation wheel. She is the kindred soul who drives it. We as a team love and encourage genZ and genY to take the lead. Yes, it is true, we do learn a lot from what we are sure to miss otherwise.
 
She has extensive International brand experience. She is multilingual, helps bridge social and cultural barriers. While working, she is laser focused, stays in the zone bringing plans, projects and key initiatives to effortless fruition. A fearless fighter and a mindful warrior for the rest of us at the firm and our extended platform global team.
 
Shh, she and others in the innovation group are up to something we do not know yet. The only clue – there is an effort to support the storytelling efforts of Startups, Founders, their ups and downs.
 
The Innovation team is cooking something up something special is all we know.
 
The other clue we have is branding, content and social are the salt and pepper.
 
We await.

Sunil Swami

Sunil is a clinical and translational researcher with a background in clinical medicine, epidemiology, gerontology, and data science.

His clinical knowledge is further supplemented by extensive training and a comprehensive understanding of epidemiological and statistical methods, observational and experimental research designs, and DATA SCIENCE techniques.

The scientific knowledge and skills position him with a comprehensive understanding of factors that drive HEALTHCARE needs and associated costs allowing him to predict change that might influence the outcome of clinical or business decisions.

Sonu Yadav

Sonu (the thinker – Rodin) is a senior Associate at the firm and leads the Social media & Digital marketing practice. He is the focal point of all things social from Strategy to Planning and onto execution. His millennial zeal and passion towards getting the word out on social is infectious. He has the KPIs to prove it works.  
 
He is multilingual and has worked for US, European and Asian multinational clients. He is adept and exceptional with political campaigns for major politicians. The results tell the story.
 
His experience is holistic. His experience has delivered social media activations for big brands. Small business including personal branding, his work ethic is stoic, regardless.
 
His knowledge with his combined experience is a wrecking ball. His knowledge of timing, hashtag strategy and influencer networking is legendary. He is at home with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Pintrst, Reditt, TikTok, YouTube, Vimeo and Snapchat.
 
His social selling expertise in Sina Weibo, Line, WeChat, Naver, QZone, QQ, Hipwee, KakoTalk make him a formidable player to have on your team.
 
He is the maestro waving the baton in the pit while the audience immersed with the ebb and flow of the music is oblivious of the conductor.
 
Now, that is Rodin. He is thinking and working with the rest of the innovation team, all of them genY to deliver something remarkable they have been cooking up. 
We all await for the magic to reveal itself.

Sachin Mandwariya

Gyan is also a senior associate at the firm and an integral part of the Beyondiris. His role and responsibilities are cross-functional.
 
He resides in the Innovation wheel yet works across internal and external initiatives. He is also a key member of the lifecycle platform which we are developing with our global team.
 
He is multi-talented. He is a full stack developer. He is an expert with core php, Javascript, jQuery, mySQL and CSS. He is also a maestro with the Laravel framework, WordPress and Code Igniter. He is also at home with Adobe CC with visual expression.
 
He leads a team of developers, designers, animation gurus. He brings the inspiration and bravado to the crew. He leads by example, a work ethic of a future global leader – someone who we all will remember.
 
He is a left brain-right brain who belongs in the world of innovation and creativity. The corporate world will likely slow his progress.
 
He works with Ernest Paul up close and personal on the next generation lifecycle marketing platform – its design and development.
 
You will find him squirreled away knee deep in wireframes in Adobe XD / Adobe CC prototyping live. The next week you may see him launching an app in the App Store hit with a zillion downloads.
 
His passion as is for the firm lies in learning, teaching and mentoring. He dedicates his free time in giving to others.
